KTM Solutions signature Mechanically Engineering Services.  ON DEMAND ENGINEERING® is our core competency.   KTM Solutions enables product developers to successfully complete mechanical design projects without overwhelming or enlarging their current staff.  We also provide full engineering services to inventors and private individuals as they develop ideas into marketable products.  Our signature service includes the following three specialties.

Mechanical Design

Full service mechanical design using the premier design tools of the automotive and aerospace industry.  Our business roots are in aircraft.  Every design project receives the care and quality expected of the aviation services industry.  Whether developing a child's toy, household product, or complex mechanism, KTM Solutions provides the service you need.  Drawings, 3D modeling, prototypes, and analysis are all components or our standard service.

Analysis

Whether supporting our mechanical designers or providing support to your design team, our analyst will perform basic static analysis to ensure all products meet your strength needs.  We also specialize in fatigue and damage tolerance analysis.  Simply stated, we will check designs to ensure they will last through repetitive loading and predict longevity of parts before failures occur.

Systems Engineering

There are numerous design and analysis service providers.  However, an important distinguisher of KTM Solutions is our systems engineering approach to all engineering tasks.  We consider all the requirements and constraints at the beginning.  We develop clear expectations with our clients before beginning an assignment.  This enhances the opportunity for the right solutions as well as a successful project.
